With this skill you can use Alexa to control your Genius Hub smart heating control system.

This skill allows you to set the temperature in each room of your home, for example: "Alexa, set the kitchen to 22 degrees", or query the temperature in a room, for example: "Alexa, what is the temperature in the bedroom?" without having to use the Genius Hub App.

You can also control Genius Hub Smart Plugs, for example: "Alexa, turn on the reading lamp."

In order to use this skill, you must choose 'Enable Skill'. You will then be taken to a page to enter your Genius Hub credentials (as if you were logging on to the Hub by using the Genius Hub App). This will then allow Alexa to discover the devices that are on your Genius Hub system. Please note that each zone will appear as a 'device': Radiator and Underfloor Zones will appear as 'Thermostat' devices, Smart Plugs will appear as 'Lights' or 'Switches' (you can alter which group they appear in in the Alexa app by choosing the device and pressing the 'settings' icon).

One neat feature is Alexa Groups - if you already have a Group set up, you can add your Genius Hub devices to it, or you create a new Group, that for example, contains all of your lights, or all of the radiators in one section of your home.
